Wells Fargo is a US G-SIB with USD 2.15 trillion in assets, 4,090 branches, about 205,000 employees and offices in 35 countries. Its Initiate Business Checking costs USD 15 a month, waived with a USD 2,000 daily balance, and can be opened online with a USD 25 deposit. Commercial Banking targets companies with USD 25 million to 2 billion in revenue and offers treasury, receivables and trade finance. The Federal Reserve lifted its 2018 asset cap in June 2025 and terminated the related consent order in March 2026. International offices serve corporates only; there is no small-business banking outside the US.
