Nuvei UAB is an electronic money institution authorised by the Bank of Lithuania under licence number 54, registered number 304445876, at Lvivo street 37-101 in Vilnius. It operates Simplex, the fiat-to-crypto gateway that wallets, exchanges and Web3 brands embed so their users can buy crypto with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, ACH or Pix. Simplex says it covers 200+ cryptocurrencies, 100+ fiat currencies and 350+ partner integrations, and guarantees merchants zero chargebacks by taking the fraud risk itself. Its terms are clear that it opens no e-money, payment or custodial account for users: it is a gateway, not a bank.
