Sutton Bank
Sutton Bank is an Ohio community bank founded in 1878 with nine offices and USD 1.74 billion of assets at 30 June 2026. Two businesses sit inside one charter. The visible one is small-town banking: business and agricultural lending, Kasasa checking, treasury management and Clover point of sale. The larger one is card issuing for fintech companies: Marqeta reported that 61 percent of its total processing volume in the first quarter of 2026 settled through Sutton Bank, and the bank's homepage carries a notice for Cash App cardholders. That programme business shows up in the numbers, with return on assets of 5.07 percent and return on equity of 37.73 percent, far above a normal community bank. The public website does not market the payments division at all; suttonbank.com/payments returns a page-not-found.
