Solid Processing Limited trades as Solidgate and is a Cypriot electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, not by CySEC, which supervises investment firms instead. Its licence number is 115.1.3.58, granted on 23 August 2023, with the start of operations permit on 10 October 2023 and an extension approved on 21 November 2024. The company runs payment orchestration across many providers, its own card acquiring, subscription billing, antifraud, chargeback representment and a tax module, and it sells business accounts in EUR, USD and GBP with their own IBANs, SEPA Instant over RT1 and TIPS and direct SWIFT. It employs 275 people from Nicosia with offices in Warsaw and Kyiv and says it serves merchants in more than 150 countries. Prices are not published: Solidgate says cost depends on volume and product mix and asks for a conversation.

6.5Europe (EU, EEA, Switzerland)
Central Bank of Cyprus e-money licence 115.1.3.58 since 23 August 2023, passported across the EEA on a freedom to provide services basis, with EUR IBANs, SEPA Instant over RT1 and TIPS and its own card acquiring. · source
6.5Fast digital onboarding
Signup is online in minutes with a compliance review and an account described as fully operational in days rather than months, and acquiring can go live in as little as one day. · source
5.0Cross-border payments, FX and multi-currency accounts
Multi-currency settlement on acquiring, accounts in EUR, USD and GBP, exchange between own accounts, a direct SWIFT connection and payouts in any currency via Visa Direct and Mastercard, but no currency count and no FX margin are published. Accounts in EUR, USD and GBP with unique IBANs, exchange between own accounts and mass payouts in one click, but no cash pooling, no hedging and no credit line. · source

Solidgate orchestrates other payment providers for merchants through hundreds of connectors, but sells no safeguarding accounts and no indirect rail access to licensed payment firms. · source

Solidgate publishes no rate card at all and states that exact pricing depends on your volume and product mix, so there is nothing to compare against another provider. · source
3.5Business cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Corporate cards are listed under the treasury product alongside global accounts and payouts, but no card limits, spend controls, FX markup or fees are published. · source
3.5High-risk verticals (iGaming, cannabis, adult, forex)
No prohibited business policy is published and the solutions pages cover only SaaS, subscription and e-commerce merchants, so there is no stated route for gambling, adult or forex operators. · source
