Soldo gives a company prepaid Mastercard cards for employees and a platform to set the rules those cards follow. Money sits in ring-fenced wallets, cards carry limits and merchant restrictions, receipts are captured by phone with OCR, and transactions export straight into Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, DATEV or SAP Concur. Soldo Financial Services Ireland DAC is the regulated part: it is an e-money company supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland that issues the cards and holds the funds for EEA customers, while the software is sold by Soldo Software Ltd in the UK.
