Robinhood
Robinhood Markets is a Nasdaq-listed retail brokerage group, not a bank, built around a commission-free trading app for individuals. Its US broker-dealer subsidiaries, Robinhood Financial LLC and Robinhood Securities LLC, are FINRA members covered by SIPC, while Robinhood Money LLC is a non-bank state-licensed money transmitter that offers a spending account and cash card through partner banks. The company has expanded to the UK (FCA-regulated Robinhood UK Ltd) and the EU (Lithuania-licensed Robinhood Europe UAB, which also holds a MiCA crypto licence and sells tokenised US stocks). Robinhood does not open accounts for businesses, LLCs or other companies of any kind; every product is aimed at individual retail customers.
