Rabobank is a Dutch cooperative bank without shareholders, with more than 48,000 employees in 34 countries. In the Netherlands it is a full retail and business bank; abroad it focuses on food and agriculture, with banks in Australia, New Zealand and Brazil and branches in New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Toronto. It reported net profit of EUR 2,694m and a CET1 ratio of 20.2% for the first half of 2026, against a CET1 ratio of 20.3% at end-2025. Dutch prosecutors are prosecuting the bank for anti-money-laundering failures between 2016 and 2021.
