OCBC is the second-largest bank in Southeast Asia by assets, headquartered in Singapore and controlled by the Lee family since its 1932 founding. It runs close to 400 branches and offices in 19 countries and regions through subsidiaries in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong and Macau, and the private bank Bank of Singapore. Its Business Growth Account costs 10 Singapore dollars a month, waived for the first two months, and USD balances in its multi-currency product earn up to 0.8 percent. The group reported net profit of 7.42 billion Singapore dollars for 2025 with a CET1 ratio of 16.9 percent and NPL ratio of 0.9 percent. It does not offer crypto trading but launched Southeast Asia's first tokenised fund in April 2026.
