Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the Singapore broking entity of Futu Holdings, listed on Nasdaq since March 2019. It runs the moomoo app for individual investors, offering shares in Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea, plus ETFs, REITs, options, US Treasuries, crypto and the Cash Plus, Income Plus and Fund Plus cash-management products. It holds three MAS approvals: Capital Markets Services licence CMS101000, Major Payment Institution licence PS20200617 and exempt financial adviser status, and it runs physical stores in Singapore shopping centres. This is a retail investment platform, not a business bank: the public pages describe individual trading accounts and list no company account, business card or payment product for a firm.

Users buy crypto directly with SGD or USD moved from their securities account, and moomoo offers corporate accounts to funds and family offices, but it does not say those corporate accounts can activate crypto, so business access is unconfirmed. · source
4.0Crypto wallet and custody for a business
Moomoo SG holds crypto in a separate crypto account under its MAS Major Payment Institution licence PS20200617 and now accepts incoming BTC, ETH, XRP and USDC, but its help centre says only eligible clients may open that account and names no corporate route, so it reads as an individual product. · source
4.0Off-ramp: crypto to fiat in a business account

3.5Best interest on business balances
Cash Plus, Income Plus and Fund Plus give investors a place to hold idle cash, but no rate is published on the Singapore home page and none of these is a business balance or treasury sweep. · source

An individual account opens online in 1 to 3 business days with a passport and proof of address, but there is no company application at all. · source

Currency exchange happens inside a brokerage account so that a client can settle trades in five markets; there is no payment account, no SWIFT or local payout rail and no published FX margin. No multi-currency operating account, no cash pooling, no host-to-host connection and no corporate account structure; the product is a personal brokerage app. · source
