MedMera Bank
MedMera Bank Aktiebolag is a Swedish bank based in Solna that sells two things, both to private individuals: savings accounts and unsecured personal loans of up to SEK 600,000. Finansinspektionen's company register files it as a bankaktiebolag with a banking licence dated 11 June 2007, and its half-year report states that all of the business it carries on takes place in Sweden only. Total assets were SEK 12,998 million at 30 June 2026 and deposits from the public SEK 11,069 million. Morrow Bank bought the whole company from Kooperativa Forbundet on 1 July 2026. For a business reader the important part is what is missing: no business account, no card on the product pages, no foreign currency and no payment services. The register block that brought it into this index files it under an e-money category with the status EMD Revoked - Authorised EMI, which does not match the live banking licence shown in the Swedish register.
