First Choice Bank is a small, independent community bank headquartered in Pontotoc, Mississippi, with about 561 million dollars in assets and six branches across northeast Mississippi. It opened in 1900 as the Merchants and Farmers Bank, became First National Bank of Pontotoc in 1908, and took its current name in 2015 when it converted from a national bank to a Federal Reserve state member bank. It offers personal and small-business checking, savings, CDs, mortgages and commercial loans through its branch network and online and mobile banking, with no international or treasury products.
