Comenity Bank
Comenity Bank is the Delaware credit card bank of Bread Financial Holdings, listed on the NYSE as BFH. FDIC data show USD 7.37 billion of assets, USD 4.01 billion of deposits and one office at 30 June 2026. Its product is consumer credit: private label and co-brand cards issued for retail, travel, jewellery and specialty apparel brands, which Bread Financial says one in seven US adults holds. For companies, the offer is not a bank account but a card programme: a brand signs up for white label financing, co-brand or private label cards and pay-over-time checkout. The Bread Savings deposits advertised on savings.breadfinancial.com are issued by its sister bank Comenity Capital Bank in Utah, not by Comenity Bank.
