Clear Junction is a London electronic money institution authorised by the FCA under firm reference number 900684 and founded in 2016. It sells GBP and EUR accounts, named virtual IBANs and access to Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS, SEPA, SEPA Instant and SWIFT to other licensed financial institutions, and it states that it never opens accounts for individuals. For 2024 it reported revenue of EUR 17.0 million, total assets of EUR 201.0 million and client deposits of EUR 180.7 million held in segregated accounts. Since July 2025 it also moves USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Tron and BNB Smart Chain for approved clients through its onChain service. In February 2022 OFSI fined the company GBP 36,393.45 over payments sent in 2018 to accounts at a sanctioned Russian bank.
