Circle Internet Singapore Pte. Ltd. holds a Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore covering account issuance, domestic and cross-border money transfer and digital payment token services. Its product for a business is Circle Mint: connect a bank account, send a wire or a SEPA transfer, and receive USDC or EURC that can be redeemed one for one back into dollars or euro. Circle says minting and redemption are available in more than 185 countries, with currency conversion through regional banking rails in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Digital assets held through the US entity are custodied at Circle National Trust, a federally chartered trust bank. This is treasury and settlement infrastructure for companies that already work onchain, not a business current account.
