Barclays Bank Delaware is a Delaware-chartered commercial bank headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, wholly owned by Barclays Group US and ultimately by Barclays PLC of the United Kingdom. It began as Juniper Bank in 2000 and was renamed after Barclays acquired it in 2004.
