AMINA Bank AG is a Swiss bank in Zug, founded in 2018 as SEBA Crypto AG and holding a FINMA banking and securities dealer licence granted in August 2019. It gives companies fiat accounts in 19 currencies next to custody, trading, staking and collateralised lending across 32 crypto assets. The group also runs an ADGM branch in Abu Dhabi, AMINA (Hong Kong) Limited under SFC licences, and AMINA (Austria) AG, which received a MiCAR crypto-asset service provider licence in October 2025. The bank reported revenue of USD 40.4 million and assets under management of USD 4.2 billion for 2024, and its CET1 ratio was 31.00% at the end of 2025. Swiss deposits are covered by the esisuisse scheme up to CHF 100,000 per client.
