Alpha FX Europe Limited is the Maltese entity of Alpha Group International, registered at 171 Old Bakery Street in Valletta under company number C 96623. The Malta Financial Services Authority authorises it both to provide investment services under the Investment Services Act and to issue electronic money and provide payment services under the Financial Institutions Act. It sells currency risk management, in-country accounts opened in the client's own name with dedicated IBANs, mass payments by file or interface, interest rate hedging, fund finance and multi-bank connectivity through the Cobase platform. Clients are corporates and private-markets funds with large payment volumes rather than small businesses, and Alpha states its payments offering is not right for everyone. Alpha Group International became part of Corpay, Inc., an S&P 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and the Alpha brand is being folded into Corpay Cross-Border.

MFSA authorised in Malta for investment services and for issuing electronic money and payment services, opening in-country accounts in the client's own name with dedicated IBANs, though it is a single Valletta entity rather than a branch network. · source
4.0Lowest fees
Alpha publishes no price list at all; it states it charges nothing for strategy work and monetises like a traditional broker only when the client transacts. · source
4.0Fintech companies that need a partner bank
It serves global payroll providers and other high-volume payers as clients, but publishes no safeguarding accounts, no BIN sponsorship and no agency banking for electronic money institutions. · source
4.0Online businesses: e-commerce and SaaS
Local accounts let a marketplace collect and pay in local currency, and Alpha says clients can offer customers payment in their own currency, but there is no card acquiring and the payments product is built for high-volume payers rather than merchants. Multi-currency receiving accounts and an integration route suit a software company collecting abroad, but there is no card acquiring for subscriptions, no accounting integration and no revenue-based financing. · source
4.0Trade, manufacturing & import-export
Forwards, over-the-counter currency derivatives, interest rate hedging and fund finance are offered, but no letters of credit, guarantees or documentary collections appear in the published product range. · source
4.0On-ramp: buy crypto with fiat

3.0Crypto-friendly bank
Alpha publishes no policy on crypto clients on its regulatory information page or on any of its corporate product pages. · source
3.0Best interest on business balances
No interest rate on client balances is published anywhere on the site; the interest product on offer is interest rate hedging for borrowers rather than yield on cash. · source

3.0Stablecoins (USDC, USDT and others)
