ABN AMRO is the third-largest Dutch bank, majority state-owned after its 2008 nationalisation and relisted in 2015. It focuses on the Netherlands and Northwest Europe: it bought German private bank Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe (completed July 2025) and NIBC (completed August 2026) and is winding down asset-based finance in the UK and Germany. It reported a 15.9% CET1 ratio and EUR 781m net profit in Q2 2026. Business packages start at EUR 9.90 per month. It owns the Tikkie payment-request app with over 37,000 business users.
